The story of Funky's Snacks has sort of written itself. During covid I was trying to think of ways to bring people into my embroidery gift shop.  I thought about what had a long shelf life and started messing around with making beef jerky. Little did I know the laws around Manfacturing meat was a little more extensive than I originally thought.  This has been an adventure I never knew I needed. The Jerky is a little way away from being complete, but in the meantime, we have launched Dark Chocolate covered Coffee Beans which are already available on the site.  The next products will be a Whipped Ghost Pepper honey and an Arbol Pepper honey.  My vision for this line is typically everything I love in food. I am a complete foodie and get inspired by very different things, so my palate is very diverse. I hope people follow along and watch me grow my snack line into something pretty amazing.  I have always been motivated by the unknown, so here goes nothing.
